An estimated 2300 children are missing everyday in the United States. Many of those children are abducted by complete strangers or by people they know. North Huntingdon EMS/Rescue has created the program Strangers, and How To Escape Abductions in an effort to instruct children and their parents on how to avoid and thwart abduction attempts. North Huntingdon EMS/Rescue teaches this program at local schools, scouting organizations, our annual Kids Safety Fair, and here at our station at NO COST. Instruction usually lasts 1 to 1/2 hours and is catered to the age level of the participants. To arrange a program at our station or your location please contact John Tirpak by phone at 724-864-2540 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
Also as a download, is our parent's guide to teaching your children in the comfort of your own home. The program is in Microsoft Power Point format.
